System for unlocking inner potential

The System for unlocking inner potential is the result of many years of practical training by the members of the Three Suns team. We came to the understanding that the Path of Knowledge is a gradual expansion and deepening of perception, as well as careful interaction with the foundations of life.


The system contains two areas: the practices of Meditation and Realization. Each area consists of three steps, which makes the system accessible to any level of training.


The practices are published gradually, the section is constantly being supplemented.

Nagual Breathing (Diaphragmatic Breathing)

Most people breathe using their chest. However, this type of breathing is a sign of deep physical and nervous tension. Chest breathing keeps your brain in a state of constant high alert and anxiety.

 

Diaphragmatic breathing is the foundation for developing sobriety and clarity. This type of breathing relieves stress and prepares you to cultivate awareness and master the control of your attention. It takes about 60 seconds to perform.

 

What is the purpose of this practice?

In the “Three Suns” world, this is your primary tool for combating the “predator’s consciousness” (mundane thinking), which keeps you in a constant state of tension. Breathing from the abdomen physically prepares you to halt your internal dialogue. Stopping this internal dialogue is the essential foundation; without it, you cannot accumulate the energy needed for deeper practices.
